Three tribes including Blue Lake Rancheria have sued the Governor and State of CA for violating provisions of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act


 Three federally recognized Indian tribes, including the Blue Lake Rancheria, have sued the Governor of California and State of California for violating provisions of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act. by not engaging in "good faith" negotiations with the Tribes to conclude a Tribal State Class III gaming compact.

What will Governor Gavin Newsom's response be to this lawsuit?
