Did FPD issue a temporary protective order for Landergen's alleged victims?

The District Attorney's office has received the report. I checked all week and  no charges have been filed against Fortuna High School Math Teacher Gary Landergen. I followed up with District Attorney Maggie Fleming and Assistant Deputy DA Stacey Eads.

"We are reviewing the report received 4/8.  He received an arraignment date of 5/25 when he posted bail on 4/6 so we will have the review completed before," said DA Fleming.

Landergen posted bail. Although defendants maybe given a court date when released, that can change depending on various factors, including the investigation. Out of custody defendants do not have the same statutory deadline for arraignment.

Concerned about the alleged victims, I have tried to reach the Fortuna Police Department to see if a temporary protective order was issued by FPD. If FPD had enough evidence for a Ramey warrant and arrest, that would be the logical action.
