Kerri Keenan knew, Kim Bartleson knew, the Administrative Office of the Courts knew and they allowed Joe Hale to stay despite so many complaints

Today, I had someone else reach out to me after my most recent post on former Humboldt Court Mediator Joe Hale. What this person told me was, " I had filed a complaint about Joe Hale and his unprofessionalism 10 years ago. I escalated it to the AOC and they pushed it back to Kerri Keenan who is fully responsible for hiring him. He did not have the required qualifications to even have the job."

Charges against Hale are being amended and arraignment continued to June 5. Hopefully, they ate not watering down the charges to let the slimeball get a slap on the wrist. I hope they are adding charges and they are not misdemeanors.

In my March post, I I heard from another regular reader in February about Hale and "hundreds of complaints over the past 10 years." I have spoken with other women who have cases in the family law system as well as others in the community. There were complaints about Hale for years.

"I did speak with a knowledgeable person in this Court System who said a State agency reported that they had many 'red flags' concerning Joe Hale prior to his termination, but in my opinion because most of the complaints were filed in the Superior Court (see the complaint form in the HC Superior Court Rules) and went to Bartleson, she most likely put them in the 'circular file' as there were hundreds of complaints over the past 10 years and no one ever did anything about Joe. You only had to listen to him for 15 minutes to know he has serious mental health issues - condescending, rude, self-absorbed, self-righteous, and an alleged pervert on top of all that."

Kerri Keenan is the former Humboldt Superior Court CEO. AOC is Administrative Office of the Courts. There are people in court administration now who worked with both Keenan and Kim Bartleson, the most recent CEO. Bartleson resigned recently. I did a post about Bartleson's previous job and allegations why she left that job and the allegations against her. Keenan abruptly resigned from Humboldt Superior Court. With the lawsuit against current Presiding Judge Gregory Kreis, two Humboldt court mediators let go, two Humboldt Court CEOs resigning, where is the AOC, California Judicial Council and Commission on Judicial Performance?

The public and in this case courageous women complained and followed the process but like everything else in Humboldt, there is no accountability on the local level and the state does not care about lives bring destroyed by Humboldt Superior Court. Same on the county level and cities.

How many scandals, allegations and complaints does it take before Gavin Newsom and his bureaucrats take concrete action to protect women, children, fathers and mothers and those trying to shed light on the abuses in Humboldt Superior Court?
