CalPoly Humboldt student arrested for meth charges after undercover operation about alleged drug activity


According to the jail log, David Teller was arrested for HS 11379 (a) transportation and selling of meth and HS 11377 (a) possession of meth.

Teller was arraigned on 5/18; OR/bail on 5/22; preliminary hearing on 6/1.



5/22: Supervised release granted by Judge Steven Steward.



Cal Poly statement:

The Cal Poly Humboldt University Police Department arrested a man suspected of drug activity on Tuesday, May 16.

In partnership with the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office, UPD conducted an undercover operation and David Teller, 49, was arrested without incident. Teller is currently enrolled as a Cal Poly Humboldt student.
