Today, there was a hearing in the eminent domain case filed by the State of California regarding property owned by Target. The State is interested in constructing two or three bridges crossing the Eureka slough. No one present for the State or Target.Order to show cause on 5/19 asking State why matter should not be dismissed.

6/2: Stipulated agreement reached. CMC on 8/4/23.
