Disregrading the duplicates in the Humboldt Superior Court system search which show 22 cases, Palavi Junior Vainuku aka David Michael Vainuku has 15 cases in the system and four were on calendar today for arraignment. There were settlement offers today but he failed to appear and bench warrants were issued and held in two cases; one was re-referred for affadavit from the DA. All cases were put over until 5/11. Vainuku could have settled all his cases had he shown up for court today.
Charges for all cases posted below. Vainuku has several aliases. I did a post in March on one of Vainuku's 2023 arrests.
