Eddie Schrock found out Del Norte Judge won't put up with his nonsense

On 5/25, at trial setting in former court mediator Velda Gooden's civil harassment restraining order request against local attorney Eddie Schrock, Del Norte Superior Court Judge Darren McElfresh set the court trial for 6/23. There is a 4 hr time estimate.

Eddie found out that unlike his buddies in the inner cabal of certain Humboldt Judges, attorneys and the Humboldt court cabal and related agencies, he does not get his way with Judges who are from other California courts. You have enough time to prep for trial and this is the time available should be used more often by Humboldt Superior Court Judges.

Humboldt court administration and certain local attorneys do not like Visiting Judges but it is good for those who need a fair shake and actual justice when you take on the entrenched people and systems in Humboldt . The chance of a Visiting Judge schmoozing with local attorneys outside court is slim. Not all Humboldt Judges socialize with people they work but most of know who does because it is a small town. We all know the Judge who was on a boat with his public defender buddies because it made national headlines. If a Visiting Judge is good and doesn't understand the "Humboldt way", the court administration tends not to have them back.

Humboldt Superior Court does not have much choice these days regarding Visiting Judges with current Presiding Judge Gregory Kreis being disqualified so much and he is the same Judge embroiled in a lawsuit with serious allegations. There are also former court employees involved in lawsuits. I see Retired and Visiting Judges more than Kreis in court.

Four hour time estimate for another drama filled, unneccesary restraining order trial. A trial where Velda may mention Eddie's wife works for CWS and Eddie definitely planning to mention Velda being let go from her Humboldt court mediator job. That is mild compared to what this trial may unearth.
