The DA filed a motion to modify/terminate order after hearing on 5/15 in Sean Allman's case. It is adding some additional terms such as no firearms. That motion was to be heard this morning. It was continued to June 1 so Mr. Benjamin Okin could meet with Allman.
Allman was granted mental health diversion for two years on 4/24 and Allman's attorney, Mr. Okin submitted an order after hearing on 5/8. Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm was the prosecutor on the case. Allman's cash bail was returned on 4/26.
Today, Mr. Okin appeared for Allman on a 977 waiver of personal appearance. For the next court date, Judge Kelly Neel wants Allman to be in present in person.
6/1: Modification of order done. Review hearing on 7/24; two year final review on 4/24/25.
