Diane Kerr was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 602(o) trespassing and PC 148 (a) (1) resisting arrest. EPD Assistant Chief Brian Stephens told me Kerr was arrested in the 400 block of G Street.
Kerr's brother Robert passed away in March. I knew and observed the family when I used to attend St. Bernard's church. I would see Robert walk around town alone and Diane often alone in town or at church. Even on a Sunday and church events, the father was so distant and cold to his children. He is a Knights of Columbus member. Behind the public facade on Sundays is the reality of those society and "churches" fail on a daily basis.
