Little Eagle Moon was supposed to be sentenced today on two cases. Moon admitted violation in his parole case. Moon entered a conditional plea to a stipulated term in his attempted murder case.
After his plea in March this year, Moon picked up another case for possession of fentanyl in jail. He was arraigned on that case on 5/2.
Motion return of property off calendar because
attorneys will submit stipulation regarding return of property. Setting of sentencing on 6/14 for assault and parole case. Preliminary hearing for the drugs in jail case is on 6/14.
Court minutes in assault case have breakdown of stipulated sentence:
6/14: Continued by defense until 8/8/23 to discuss possible resolution.
