Matthew Stark arrested on sex crime charges including oral copulation of a minor

Matthew James Stark was arrested by Rio Dell Police Department yesterday for PC 220 assaulting another person with the intent to commit a serious sex crime, PC 222 drugging a victim to commit a felony, PC 287(f) oral copulation with a minor, PC 289(a)(1)(a) forcible penetration with a foreign object and PC 236 false imprisonment.
