Today, Beth Ann Rynearson was placed on 6 month diversion in her 2022 illegal marijuana cultivation case.
Ms. Kathleen Bryson is her attorney. Different Deputy District Attorneys have appeared on the case for the People. There is a 6 month diversion review hearing scheduled for 11/13/23.
In 2020, I reported on Rynearson being arrested for domestic battery but charges were not filed by the DA.
