Humboldt Superior Court's family mediator Joseph Hale was arrested on June 29 for PC 647(j) (2) criminal invasion of privacy.
Hale previously worked for CWS. Humboldt Superior Court CEO Kim Bartleson responded "no comment" at the time of the previous post. I was told by other sources he is on administrative leave. The position is being advertised.
Hale is out of custody so the District Attorney has time to file charges. I have been checking and as of today, the necessary report is not available yet which is required to file a complaint.
