The David Anderson and Jeff Tsarnas convictions and a very well deserved promotion for Chief Investigator Kyla Baxley today isn't the only good news at the Humboldt County District Attorney's office.
I noticed Deputy DA Emily Norgaard a while back in the courtrooms. She is a graduate from the Lincoln Law School in Sacramento.
