Error in Marci Kitchen case, error in Tsarnas case

 

I pointed this out in my post on the Jeff Tsarnas verdict but instead of admitting the error, Hank's arrogance is that he knows more than the Humboldt County District Attorney, Los Angeles criminal defense attorneys and the CA legislature.

I saw the error in the original post, was not going to point it out; thought they would fix their mistake. 

The Marci Kitchen and Jeff Tsarnas case have a lot of emotion involved for this small community. Just like the Ryder Stapp, Gary Lee Bullock and Jason Warren case. Incorrect information about penalty is sloppy and insensitive.

Their reporter for courts is married to a local criminal defense attorney, has access to other local attorneys and the DA. A simple google search would have provided the correct information.
