Convicted molestor Mark Dare had a Marsden hearing scheduled this morning.
After Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm appeared on the record for the People, she was excused by Judge Christopher Wilson.
The Marsden hearing takes place in a closed courtroom. Public Defender Marek Reavis, Mr. Russ Clanton, who was appointed for a limited purpose, Judge Wilson and Dare had their discussion privately with livestream turned off.
Judge Wilson will issue his ruling on April 9.
