Kevin Haberman had trial confirmation, DA's motion on source of bail and appointment of counsel scheduled today. Defense motion to continue was granted.
Ms. Christina Allbright was relieved. Mr. Joe Judge appointed.
Trial confirmation and the motion was continued to November 30. Jury trial for October 13 was vacated and rescheduled to December7.
