A case management conference was scheduled on October 26 in Rory Kalin vs Gregory Elvine-Kreis. Mendocino Superior Court Judge Ann Moorman is assigned to this case.
Kalin has filed a new case against the county and others, including Judge Elvine-Kreis. More on that will be posted.
Jury trial is scheduled on June 7, 2021. Judge Elvine-Kreis' attorney is Mr. Patrik Griego. Kalin's attorney is Jonathan Hornberger.
Another case management is scheduled for January 6. Some depositions, including Kalin's have been taken. Private mediation to be explored after motion to consolidate companion case is filed by Mr. Hornberger. More after Coleman trial coverage.
