Anonymous donors, conservative dark money and the Supreme Court?

Donors Trust, the Bradley Foundation, and other conservative groups called out by Senator Sheldon Whitehouse today. Watch his presentation during the Supreme Court Confirmation hearing for Judge Amy Coney Barrett.

Watch it and then do your own fact checking. If this presentation was a closing argument for a jury trial, it was very effective. Senator Whitehouse did an excellent job of articulating how conservatives want to do away with Roe v Wade, gay marriage and the Affordable Care Act. 

The look on Senator Lindsey Graham's face said it all. His presentation is trending on Twitter. Carrie Severino, Leonard Leo, Janus, the civil grand jury, suppression of minority votes, according to Senator Whitehouse are a part of "The Scheme ."

Senator Ted Cruz brought up Arabella Advisors and Demand Justice as examples of dark money and Democrats except he had no charts, no evidence, just his opinion. He is also a member of the Federalist Society which he admitted. If his presentation was a closing argument, his side would lose.
