Trial confirmation was scheduled for former Humboldt County Building and Planning Department employee Patrick McTigue this morning. He was a no show. Judge Kaleb Cockrum forfeited the bail bond. Warrant issued for $75,000.
Deputy DA Steven Steward is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is representing McTigue.
Mr. Russo said he could not appear 977 for McTigue today.
