On October 9th, 2020, special agents with the Humboldt County Drug Task Force (HCDTF) were conducting surveillance on Melissa Parker (36 years old from Eureka).
Agents observed Parker driving a vehicle and confirmed that she had a suspended driver’s license. A deputy from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Department made a traffic stop on Parker in the area of Harris Ave. and K St. in Eureka.
