Gary Lee Bullock's case was on this morning on the defense motion to reduce the $10,000 restitution fine. He was not present via Zoom. No attorney was present on his behalf.
"Given the seriousness and gravity of the crimes which included torture and murder, "Judge John Feeney denied the motion. Judge Feeney presided over Bullock's jury trial for the murder of Fr. Eric Freed.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm appeared on the case for the People. The DA opposed the motion.
