After a lot of logistics, murder suspect Ryan Tanner's preliminary finally got going but who knows when it will conclude

Murder suspect Ryan Tanner had a preliminary hearing scheduled to start for two of his cases on October 29. Time estimate is four days. Tanner waived his right to a continuous preliminary hearing.

Tanner was not brought to the courtroom 3 until 9:37, then Mr. Russ Clanton spoke with Tanner. The bailiff was still adjusting the camera as of 9:47 and nothing was happening. Mr. Clanton was in Courtroom 2 on another case and they can't do the preliminary without him. Tanner's preliminary is not in session tomorrow and may not be in session next Monday or Tuesday, could be in session on Wednesday and Thursday.

I am covering the Demetrius Coleman trial. So will post about the outcome or add it to this post.

Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor. Deputy DA Jessica Acosta is also appearing for the People since Tanner has two cases.
