Judge Wilson has been gone a while and no one knows when he will be back for sure

Trial setting and hearing on three defense motions in Ray Christie's case was continued for the third time this morning so the motions could be heard by Judge Christopher Wilson.

All we know on record is Judge Wilson is on vacation. No one knows when he will be back. "Hopefully in two weeks," said Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis.

If this hearing keeps getting continued, I will add dates to this post. When this hearing actually happens, there will be a new post.

One is a supplemental motion to clarify a discovery motion. The  motion to dismiss has to do with double jeopardy. There is another motion to unseal Exhibit 3 of the jury note.

Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward and Deputy DA David Moutrie are prosecutors for the case. Mr. Moutrie was in court today.

Mr. John Cogorno and Mr. Ken Bareilles are Christie's attorneys. Mr. Cogorno and Christie appeared via Zoom.
