Murder suspect Ryan Tanner's preliminary hearing did not proceed today. It is scheduled for tomorrow for setting of preliminary hearing tomorrow.
Based on what was said at the last hearing, this is why we should not set dates and "deal with the fallout later." Especially on a time waived case.
