This is right next door to Proper Wellness in 5th Street. How many recreational dispensaries do we need on 5th Street and in the Old Town area; especially between Broadway and F on 5th Street in Eureka?

Another dispensary in Eureka is needed as much as another Mexican or fast food restaurant in Eureka.

No vision from Eureka leadership, Eureka Council and Eureka Building and Planning Department. No diversity and no thought into what is needed and unique. Another short term rental in the location Zen is housed.  How many businesses have opened and closed in that location in the last few years?

Typical Eureka. Does not matter if the people in charge are supported by the left or right. Same people lining their pockets and helping the same people for decades with no sense of aesthetics or planning. Just throw in a business anywhere, get the fees and taxes. Who cares if it is gone in a few months?
