Preliminary hearing scheduled for kidnapping and assault suspect Kevin Carns today was continued again to November 2.
Carns' attorney is Ms. Christina Allbright. Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy DA Shelly Small appeared on the case for the People today.
There was no courtroom available today. Defense requested a continuance. People submitted on the motion. Judge Kaleb Cockrum granted the motion.
Ms. Allbright said that "we are still fine tuning negotiations and conducting investigation."
