Trial setting has been continued twice for murder suspect Albert Kress. Since June, dates have been set, reset and continued. Today, trial confirmation was continued to 10/22. Jury trial is scheduled for October 26.
Kress' attorney, Public Defender Marek Reavis was not in court when the case was called. DA Maggie Fleming appeared on the case for the People. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo contacted Mr. Reavis who then said, "he was on his way."
