9 cases and now even a probation offer is not good for him?

Eric Harmon had nine cases on calendar today. A pre trial hearing was scheduled with a possible change of plea. Trial confirmation is on February 2; jury trial February 6 was confirmed.

Deputy Public Defender Owen Tipps is Harmon's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Stephen Pomeroy is the prosecutor for the case.

Mr. Tipps told Judge John Feeney that at the last hearing Judge Christopher Wilson told Harmon he would suspend the sentence and place Harmon on probation. He is still considering the offer. If the case resolves, it will be placed on calendar.

Harmon got out of custody due to the emergency bail schedule because of COVID 19 and now he is dictating how his court case proceeds.

2/2/21: At trial confirmation, the jury trial for February 16 "remains set" as scheduled.

2/16/21: At trial assignment on February 11, dates were rescheduled. Trial confirmation is June 22; jury trial on july 12.
