Jury started deliberations at 11:52. Left for lunch at noon. Came back from lunch. At 3:08, I was notified there is a verdict.

Guilty on all charges.
No bail. Mark Dare was cuffed and remanded into custody. Sentencing November 19. Defense waived time for sentencing.
Two male jurors, one woman juror stayed after and complimented Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm on an excellent job. She got compliments on being articulate and one juror said that her presentation was the best he had ever seen. One juror commented on Public Defender Marek Reavis' long windedness.
A lot of their feedback was observations I noted in my coverage. They saw through the defense character witnesses. They saw through the paid defense expert. When it was revealed by Paul Dare that he had been coached by Mark and Windy Dare, I saw the look on the faces of the jurors.
One male juror called Public Defender Marek Reavis out on his questioning of Jane Doe #1. Mr. Reavis was defensive. He told the juror, "what did you want me to do, give her a break?"
He told the jurors he was stunned. They had no feedback for him. Mr. Reavis, Mark Dare, Windy Dare and the Pharisees and their hubris was their downfall.
Judge Cockrum had to tell Mark Dare to.put his phone away after verdicts were read. Dennis Winder sobbed as verdicts were read and hugged his daughters.
Good work, Ms. Timm!
