Preliminary hearing for Humboldt Hill child abuse suspects rescheduled due to amount of discovery

Christopher Best and Gaylia Wilson are the two suspects  arrested in November as a part of a child abuse investigation.

At intervention this afternoon, the preliminary hearing for December 4 was vacated. Defense counsel said they needed more time to prepare as there waa a lot of discovery. There was no objection by the People and the investigation is ongoing.

Intervention rescheduled for January 6; preliminary hearing for December 13.
