Murder suspect David Kobak had trial confirmation scheduled this morning.
Jury trial scheduled for January 13 was confirmed. The victim was Kobak's roommate, Frederick William Loftus.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for this case. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Kobak's attorney.
Time estimte is three weeks.
