Kidnapping suspect's preliminary hearing continued until defense gets 911 recording

Preliminary hearing for kidnapping suspect Chai Her was scheduled for today; it was continued to December 19.

Deputy Conflict Counsel Owen Tipps made an oral motion to continue due to outstanding discovery, "specifically the 911 recording. The People " have not received it from the agency yet."

Her's sister and the older woman who I assume is his mother were in court.

Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for the case.

Alleged victim Jennifer Talynn Hurn may testify.  One officer is definitely scheduled as the People's witnesses.
