Preliminary hearing was scheduled for local therapist Edward Pena this morning. It was continued to February 11 because his attorney, Deputy Public Defender Wade Orbelian is sick and out of the office today.
Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees waived written notice. Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield appeared in court with Pena.
Pena's complaint has allegations from three female victims and includes charges of a DUI, fleeing the scene and resisting a peace officer.
