Further trial confirmation was scheduled for assault suspect Clayton Lasinski yesterday. And once again, another trial confirmation set for January 7. Jury trial is scheduled for January 13.
Deputy Conflict Counsel R.J. Leohner saud discovery is still outstanding; specifically body camera wirn by former EPD Officer Stephen Linfoot. Time estimate is four weeks. Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm appeared for the People.
