Trial confirmation was scheduled on December 16 for attempted murder suspect Matthew Ramsey. Jury trial is scheduled for January 6.
Ramsey's attorney Mr. Russ Clanton said he waa not ready to confirm and made an oral.motion to continue. Deputy District Attorney Adrian Kamada did not waive written notice. Defense to file motion to continue.
11/19 update: Motion to continue granted. Trial setting on January 16.
