Intervention was scheduled for kidnapping suspect Chai Her this afternoon. Preliminary hearing for December 10 was confirmed.
Alleged victim Jennifer Talynn Hurn is expected to testify. She already wrote a letter on behalf of Her for his OR/bail hearing.
Her's sister and am older woman were in court today.
