"We have hit some snags in our investigation"

Trial confirmation was scheduled for attempted murder suspect Danny Waters on this morning. Jury trial  scheduled for January 13 was confirmed by defense but a further trial confirmation was requested by defense. That date is January 7.

"We have hit some snags in our investigation," said Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield.

Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward is the prosecutor for this case.
