Ruling on the 995 motion to dismiss Counts 1, 6 and 7, motion to amend charge and disposition/reset for kidnapping, robbery and assault suspect Franklin Molina was continued to December 5 and rescheduled to December 11. The December hearing was vacated on that day and continued to January 8.
Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm is the prosecutor for this case. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Molina's attorney.
Discussions about a plea have been ongoing. More pleadings to be filed.
