Another note from Ray Christie jury

Just in at 11:45. Deputy District Attorney David Moutrie, Mr. John Cogorno and Ray Christie went in at 11:50. Jury left for lunch at 12:01.

Attorneys came out at 12:08 and will not comment. They are coming back at 1.



The note was asking clarification whether all elements of animal cruelty and neglect. They also want readback of Dr. Gallego's testimony.

Four days of deliberation and no verdict. There is definitely some disagreement and dissension in the ranks as I observe the jury.
