Sean Allman held to answer to both counts, local church request to modify protective order denied

Sean Allman held to answer to both charges. Arraignment on information on January 21.

Judge Lawrence Killoran denied the request of the local church to modify the protective order. The head of the Northern California Episcopal Diocese with 66 churches is opposed to Allman being in any church. Judge Timothy Canning already denied this request on December 12 when he ruled on the defense motion.

Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timn said people who wish personal contact with Allman are free to do so outside church.

Allman is charged with Count 1 Terrorizing or Obstructing Exercise of Religion. Count 2 is Criminal Threats. Both counts pertain to the Episcopal Diocese of Northern California.
