With all his priors, defense wants Eric Harmon's bail reduced or him to be released on OR?

On December 30, there was a hearing scheduled on a defense motion to reduce Eric Harmon's bail or for him to be released on OR. It was continued to January 3 at the request of the District Attorney's office.

Harmon's priors make him ineligible for probation unless there are unusual circumstances. Harmon's bail for his most recent arrest is $25,000.

Trial confirmation for his recent arrest is scheduled for January 15; jury trial for January 27. He had five cases on calendar today.

Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hasler is the prosecutor on the case. Deputy Conflict Counsel Owen Tipps is Harmon's attorney.

1/3 update: The defense said they are no longer requesting release on the felony case so that matter was taken off calendar. Mr. Hasler said bail reduction was denied.
