Today's judicial intervention results in no resolution for Chad Smith's third jury trial

Further trial confirmation for alleged molestor Chad Smith was scheduled on December 13.

Judge Lawrence Killoran met with Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads and Smith's attorney, Ms. Andrea Sullivan in chambers.

On record Judge Killoran said, "After some discussions,  we will current dates set and continue our discussions."

Jury trial is scheduled on January 6. Time estimate is 5 weeks.
