Woman who broke into an EPD officer's house sent to State Hospital



Humboldt County Mental Health medication  recommendation and CONREP for placement. for Jacquelyn Bradley was continued to December 5 since there was no report. It was continued again to December 23. CONREP report was received that day.

Based on CONREP recommendation, Judge Timothy Canning ordered that Bradley be committed to the State Hospital for an in patient treatment program. Bradley retained her right to refuse anti-psychotic meds.

Bradley has three cases. One was a burglary case after she allegedly broke into an EPD officer's house.

Criminal proceedings were suspended from Bradley on October 24 after she was found not competent to stand trial.

Bradley's attorney is Ms. Andrea Sullivan. District Attorney Maggie Fleming was in court on December 23.
