Rick Smith, not my problem that your brother is a convicted perv and don't threaten me again

Rick Smith, Chad Smith's brother, needs some anger management lessons and a reality check.

Just because I chose to have my contact information accessible, you don't get to misdirect your anger, cuss and leave threatening messages for me because your brother is a perv and chose to take this case to trial three times and still denies responsibility.

Your brother had plenty of haters before this arrest. He was a shitty businessman and foul mouthed just like you and just like you he thought he was above the law. It is not my problem he got arrested and convicted. Take responsibility for his actions and yours.

You, like the family and friends of several local criminals, especially the ones with drama filled court cases dont have a clue about what is news or public record. You just want to attack someone else instead of looking at the facts and the actions of your family and friends.

Don't misdirect your anger at me because your family members are convicted or a danger to society or get arrested.

You testified in court. You are his brother, none of that is a secret. According to your own testimony, you had issues with him, and left his house. If you didnt want to be associated with him, then why did you testify on his behalf? You weren't even there for most of the hearings and only around since the second trial. You dont get to selectively associate with him and leave rage filled rants on a stranger's phone.

Not only I am saving your message, if you call me again or threaten to harm me for doing my job, I can and will share your nasty message with the public and law enforcement.

What I do is a thankless job and shining light on the darkness in Humboldt is not for cowards. Humboldt has a major issue with pervs and criminals. You and the families don't get to play victim.  Most people, including you,  don't have the cajones to do what I have done day after day and made productive change in this community against overwhelming odds.

Instead of huffing and puffing at me and trying to be macho, you could have been a real man when it counted and protected Jane Doe 1 and 2  and you failed.
