Juror # 5 excused and an alternate juror replaced her this morning. The Ray Christie jury will start deliberations all over again. Fresh verdict forms will be provided.
"Some of you indicated to me last Friday that you do have time limitations," said Judge Christopher Wilson. "We are on overtime. This case was expected to conclude last Friday. You
all have graciously indicated you would continue deliberations because you have invested a lot of time in this case. This speaks well of you as citizens. If you can't conclude by the time constraints, let me know. "
Deputy District Attorney Adrian Kamada was in court for the People. Mr. Ken Bareilles was in court with Christie.
