The case against Gabrielle Jensen was to be dismissed this morning and on the 8:30 a.m. calendar. She is the woman arrested while law enforcement was pursuing convicted felon Robert Cullen.
Her attorney Mr. Timothy Gray was not in court. After a call from the clerk, he showed up at 9:50 a.m. There was no Deputy DA in court.
Retired Judge Miles, court staff, the bailiff and Jensen had to sit around for 15 minutes with no contact from the defense or the People.
