Alleged molestor Patrick Marshall's preliminary hearing scheduled for December 18 was vacated on December 12 and intervention was continued by the Court to yesterday.
Oral motion to continue by defense was granted. There was no objection to the continuance by the People. No intervention requested. New date for preliminary hearing is February 6.
Marshall is charged with two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse in violation of PC 261.5 (d), one count of distributing or showing pornography to a minor in violation of PC 288.2 (a) (2) and two violations of PC 288 (c) (1)
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Marshall's attorney.
