Pre trial was scheduled on December 17 for alleged molestor and convicted sex offender Michael Franco. He has a prior conviction for lewd and lascivious act with a minor.
Despite a warning from Judge Christopher Wilson at the last hearing, there was another unproductive pre trial today. Dates were confirmed.
Mr. Russ Clanton had made a 22 year offer to Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads. Trial confirmation is February 13 and jury trial is February 24.
Retired Judge John Feeney handled the calendar today. " We are actively working on discovery that will resolve this case," said Mr. Clanton.
