"I don't mind setting a further pre trial but I want it to be meaningful; today was not."

Pre trial was scheduled on November 20 for alleged molestor and convicted sex offender Michael Franco. He has a prior conviction for lewd and lascivious act with a minor.

Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Russ Clanton is Franco's attorney. He was not in court today; Ms. Sara Zalkin appeared in court today for him.

"I have had some discussions with Mr. Clanton," said Ms. Eads. "I have not heard specifics regarding offenses. The representation is that this will resolve."

"I don't mind setting a further pre trial but I want it to be meaningful; today was not," said Judge Christopher Wilson. Next court date is December 17.

Defense made a 22 year offer to Ms. Eads. Trial confirmation is February 13 and jury trial is February 24.
